摘 要:"互联网+教育"使教学方式产生了颠覆性的变革,翻转学习逐渐成为成人远程学习的一种有效方式。翻转理念下开放教育混合式教学设计,有助于促进学生高阶思维能力的提升。开放教育混合式教学设计应在系统性原则、教学最优化原则、理论联系实际原则的指导下进行,要注重分析教学要素,以提高教学的有效性,促进学生发展目标和实践教学目标的实现。基于翻转理念构建开放教育课程混合式教学设计流程框架,并应用于教学实践,认为教学中应以学习环境为支撑,提供多方位支持服务;以学习需要为基础,开展多样化学习活动;以教学评价为导向,引导学习者参与教学活动。As "Internet + Education" resuhing in a subversive change to the way of teaching, Flipping learning has gradually be- come an effective way for Adult Distance Learning. Under the flip concept, the blended instructional design of open education is helpful to promote the improvement of students' higher-order thinking ability. The blended instructional design of open education should be car- ried out under the guidance of systematic principle, the principle of teaching optimization and the principle of relationship of theory to practice. We should pay attention to the analysis of teaching elements, so as to improve the effectiveness of teaching, the achievement of students' development goals and practical teaching goals. The paper builds process framework of open education curriculum blended instructional design based on the concept of flip concept, application in the teaching practice and consider that teaching should be based on the learning environment and provide support services. On the basis of learning needs, we should carry out a variety of learning ac- tivities and guide learners to participate in activities by teaching evaluation.
