摘　　要：地方应用型本科院校以培养应用型创新人才为宗旨,其幼儿师范专业应与幼儿园建立密切的合作关系,并在双方目标相同、相互需要、利益共享的基础上形成一种共生发展的关系。基于对共生单元、共生模式和共生环境的分析,本研究提出了地方应用型本科院校幼儿师范专业与幼儿园建立共生关系的有效路径,包括建立四位一体的合作机制、做好共生体建设的顶层设计、搭建共生发展的平台、形成多样化的合作形式等,可以为两者的共生发展提供新的视野与方法。The purpose of the local application-oriented undergraduate colleges is to cultivate practical and innovative talents. So, the kindergarten teachers training should establish close cooperative relation with kindergartens. The relation is based on their common goals, common demands and common interests, which finally forms the symbiotic relationship between them. By analyzing the symbiotic unit, symbiotic model and symbiotic environment, this paper puts forward some effective paths of establishing symbiosis between them, like setting up ＂four-in-one＂ cooperation mechanism, making sure proper top-level design, building platforms for symbiosis, achieving diversified forms of cooperation and so on, which provides new views and methods for the symbiosis.
