摘 要:目的:探讨以问题为基础的学习(problem based learning,PBL)教学结合询证医学(evidence-based medicine,EBM)模式在专业学位研究生外科临床教学中的教学效果。方法:选取100名外科临床教学期间对选定课程实施PBL专业学位研究生(本校的2013级、2014级研究生)为研究对象,随机分为2组,即PBL教学及PBL+EBM教学组,每组50人。对所有学生进行问卷调查,并通过书面理论测试和临床考核进行学习效果的评估。结果:在100份问卷调查中,回收有效问卷96份(回收率为96.0%)。PBL教学及PBL+EBM教学组学生在理论学习成绩中基础知识部分成绩的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而PBL+EBM教学组在临床考核成绩、学生优秀及良好率显著优于PBL教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学结合询证医学模式有利于培养专业学位研究生外科临床教学中循证医学思维,提高研究生临床分析解决问题的能力,值得推广实施。Purpose:To explore the teaching effect of evidence-based medicine (EBM) in the clinical teaching ofprofessional degree postgraduates. Methods:We selected 100 graduate students of surgical clinical teaching (grade 2013and 2014) who select the course to implement PBL as the research subjects. Randomly divided into two groups,namelyPBL teaching and PBL + EBM teaching group,each group of 50 people. All students were surveyed and evaluated bywritten theoretical test and clinical assessment. Results:In 100 questionnaires,96 valid questionnaires were recovered (therecovery rate was 96.0%).PBL teaching and PBL + EBM teaching group had no statistically significant difference in thebasic knowledge of theoretical study results (P〉0.05). However,the PBL + EBM teaching group was significantlysuperior to the PBL teaching group in clinical examination results,excellent students and good rate,and the differencewas statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion:PBL teaching combined with the evidence-based medicine model isbeneficial to the development of evidence-based medicine thinking in the clinical teaching of professional degreepostgraduates,improving the ability of clinical analysis and solving problems,and it is worth popularizing andimplementing.
