摘  要:在当代中国多元文化的社会情境中,培养能够与不同文化背景及特质的学生进行有效沟通并促进其健康成长的教师是教师教育的使命。渗透多元文化教育理念与能力培养的教师教育课程建设,在目标上应突出文化敏感性与理解力的培养,在内容上可深进学科知识的文化内核、转向社会公正,在实施中需注重知识与情感的融合并且加强体验与反思,在支持与保障方面则离不开高水平多元文化教师教育研究和教师教育学科建设与发展。In the multicultural context of contemporary China, it is the mission of teacher education to cultivate prospective teachers who are able to effectively communicate with students with different cultural backgrounds and characters and promote their sound development. The teacher education curriculum, permeated with the idea of multicultural education and ability development,should emphasize the goal of cultivating cultural sensitivity and comprehension, and penetrate into the cultural core of the subject knowledge and switch to social justice. In the process of its implementation, emphasis should be laid on the integration of knowledge and emotion and the strengthening of experience and reflection. Besides,high-level research on multicultural teacher education and high-quality discipline construction and development are necessary support and guarantee.
