以岗位胜任力为导向的《针灸学》课程多元化考核评价体系的构建初探

摘　　要：目的以岗位胜任力为导向,构建《针灸学》课程多元化考核评价体系,提高课程教学质量。方法通过对《针灸学》课程教学现状的回顾与思考,结合对中医学类专业岗位胜任力的分析,初步构建以岗位胜任力为导向的多元化考核评价方案,方案实施后通过调查问卷分析学生对提高相关岗位胜任能力的认知情况。结果在课程考核评价方案中,以岗位胜任力为导向,细化考核评价内容,加大技能考核的比重,围绕中医学专业毕业生岗位胜任力,确定通过多元化的综合考核评定学生成绩。与未实施多元化考核评价的对照班比较,实施多元化考核评价的实验班在临床基本能力、医生职业精神与素养方面有显著提高(P <0. 05);在提高自主学习与终身学习能力、团队合作能力、医学信息管理与学术研究能力等方面有非常显著的效果(P <0. 01)。结论《针灸学》课程多元化考核评价体系的实施,可以提高课程教学质量,并为进一步在相关课程推广应用奠定了基础。Objective We intend to establish a diversified assessment system of Science of Acupuncture and Moxibustion with ＂post competency＂ oriented to improve the quality of curriculum teaching. Methods Through reviewing and thinking of the current situation of the teaching of Science of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, combined with the analysis of the post competency of TCM majors, a diversified assessment plan could be initially constructed based on post competency. The students＂ cognition of improvement of ＂post competency＂ after implementation of the scheme was analyzed by questionnaire. Results In the course of evaluation scheme, with competency oriented, diversified assessment content were refined, skill examination proportion increased. Determination comprehensive assessment as the final grade students. Compared with the control class, the clinical basic ability and professionalism and accomplishment of doctor have improved significantly （P 〈 0.05 ）, self - regulated learning ability, lifelong learning ability, team work ability, medical information management ability and academic research ability of reform class have marked improved significantly （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The quality of the course teaching and lay a foundation for further application in related courses through the preliminary construction and implementation of the diversified evaluation system of Science of Acupuncture and Moxibustion.
