摘　　要：台湾技职教育在教育理念、产学合作、技能竞赛、课程设置、教学模式及教学方法等方面具有显著特色,台湾技职教育对于大陆高职教育改革教育理念、教学模式、教学方法等方面具有重要启示。This paper summarized the characteristics of Taiwan’ s personnel training from the perspectives of vocational education system, vocational education concept, industry-university co-operation, skills competitions, curriculum setting, teaching mode and teaching methods and etc, considering the present situation of China higher vocational education, thus put forward some suggestion from education concept, teaching mode, teaching method and personnel training.
