摘  要:高职院校教学质量诊断与改进已成为事关学校内涵建设发展的重要战略举措,如何有效开展高职院校诊改工作成为当前各高职院校在优质校建设中关注的重点问题。高职院校诊改从学校、专业、课程、教师、学生不同层面建立起完整且相对独立的自我质量保证机制,开展自我诊断与改进。无锡职业技术学院在推进教学诊改中,以信息化平台建设为抓手,以课程层为突破口,在建立课程层自我诊断与改进指标体系的基础上,深入课程过程管理,打开教学过程质量管理的"灰箱",实现课程质量管理螺旋式提升。The diagnosis and improvement of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges has become an important strategic initiatives related to the construction and development of the school connotation.How to effectively carry out the examination reform work has become the focus of attention by higher vocational colleges in the current high-quality school construction.Higher vocational colleges must established the complete and relatively independent self-quality assurance mechanism,and implement the self-diagnosis and improvement.In the process of promoting the reform of teaching consultation,Wuxi Institute of Technology takes the construction of information platform as the starting point,takes the curriculum level as the breakthrough point,and on the basis of establishing the selfdiagnosis and improvement index system of curriculum level,delves into course process management,opens the"Grey Box"of teaching process quality management,and realizes the spiral improvement of course quality management.
