摘  要:目的探讨翻转课堂联合CBL教学法在外科学教学中的实践效果。方法选取济宁医学院临床医学专业105名学生作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用翻转课堂联合CBL教学模式,对照组采用传统课堂教学模式,应用于外科学教学的部分章节内容,授课内容结束后比较两组学生阶段性考试成绩,并通过满意度调查评价外科学教学效果。结果实验组外科学阶段考试成绩明显高于对照组(P <0.05),且满意度调查发现翻转课堂教模式优于传统教学模式(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂联合CBL教学法大大提高了学习效率与教学效果。Objective To explore the practical efect of fipped classroom combined CBL teaching method in surgery teaching. Methods 105 students majoring in clinical medicine in Ji’ning Medical College were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was given the fipped classroom combined with CBL teaching mode. The control group was given the traditional classroom teaching mode, which was applied to some chapters of the teaching of foreign science. At the end of the course, the scores of the two groups were compared, and the efect of surgical teaching was evaluated by satisfaction survey. Results The test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P 〈 0.05). And satisfaction survey found that the fipped classroom teaching mode was better than the traditional teaching mode (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The combination of fipped classroom and CBL teaching method has greatly improved learning efciency and teaching efect.
