摘　　要：传统的大学英语教学质量评价体系存在诸多弊端,如评价内容缺乏全面性、评价主客体缺乏多样性、评价指标缺乏差异性、评价结果缺乏时效性,这在一定程度上影响了高职院校国际化人才培养质量。高职院校要切合实际,充分利用智慧校园的优势,建立一套完善的大学英语教学质量智慧评价体系,真正体现以"学生为本",以激励教师为核心,全面提高学校大学英语教学质量,达到提升学校国际化人才培养质量的最终目的。The traditional college English teaching quality evaluation system has many shortcomings, such as the lack of comprehensiveness of evaluation content, the lack of diversity of subject and object, the lack of evaluation indicators, and the lack of timeliness of evaluation results, which, to some extent, affect the quality of international talents training in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should gear to practical situations and establish a set of perfect intelligent evaluation system of college English teaching quality, which truly reflects the student-oriented concept, and motivates teachers to be the core, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of improving teaching quality and enhancing the quality of international talents training.
