摘　　要：氨基甲酸酯农药是人类针对有机氯和有机磷农药的缺点而开发的一种新型广谱杀虫、杀螨、除草剂。本研究利用保加利亚乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌和植物乳杆菌单独及其混合作用于异丙威、仲丁威和呋喃丹,结果发现除植物乳杆菌和嗜热链球菌混合对异丙威的降解效果低于仅添加嗜热链球菌外,其它混合培养菌株的降解效果均优于只添加一种菌株。在MRS中培养24 h,保加利亚乳杆菌和嗜热链球菌对仲丁威和呋喃丹的降解率分别达37.38%和38.27%,保加利亚乳杆菌和植物乳杆菌对异丙威的降解率达39.15%。The carbamate pesticide is a kind of new broad insecticide, ixodicide, herbicide, which is developed by the human being to avoid the shortcomings of organic chlorine and the organic phosphorus pesticide. In this paper, the Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus and L. plantarum were used alone and its combination to biodegradate isoprocarb, fenobucarb and carbofuran. The result was that in addition to the degradation effect of isoprocarb by Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus was lower than that of the addition of Streptococcus thermophilus,the degradation effect of other mixed culture strains was better than that of only one strain. In MRS broth for 24 h, the degradation effect of fenobucarb and carbofuran could reach 37.38% and 38.27% by Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus, and the degradation of isoprocarb could reach 39.15%.
