摘　　要：构建高等职业技术教育的教学体系 ,需要研究其基本特征 ,探索和优化人才培养方案 ,确定其实践教学体系和理论教学体系。文章对承德石油高等专科学校各试点专业人才培养模式的特点进行分析和总结 ,构建实践教学体系为“四个模块” ;理论教学体系为系统知识与应用知识两个体系 ;产学研相互结合 。Higher vocational education can be developed only after the study on its basic features and personnel-training program. Also, the practical teaching system and the theoretical one are necessarily established. The characteristics of the training pattern of the experimental specialties in Chengde Petroleum College are analyzed and summarized in this paper. It is concluded that four modules are constructed in the practical teaching system while the other can be divided into systematic knowledge and applied knowledge. And Industry, Teaching and Research interstimulate well.
