摘　　要：本文在对我国英语教学存在的费时低效现象进行分析和评述后 ,从外语教学模式、教育观念与教法、教学评估、CAI教学技术和师资培训等方面提出对我国英语教学改革的认识和建议 ,探讨了提高我国英语教学水平的方法和模式。By reviewing and analyzing the present ELT in China,this paper is designed to give suggestions and reflections on the perspective of China's ELT in the aspects ELT mode,educational concepts,teaching methodology,testing system,CAI technology and teachers education.The purpose is to discuss the successful way to develop the ELT level in China.
