摘　　要：本文给出了二次多项式微分系统具有满足特定关系式的反射函数和存在周期解的充要条件,以及在此条件下反射函数的具体表达式及周期解的稳定性态.In this paper, we have established the necessary and sufficient conditions of the second order polynomial differential system, which has the reflective function that for all solutions of this differential system satisfies the special relation and the existence of periodic solution for this differential system. Under these conditions the form of the reflective function has been established and the stability of the periodic solution has been discussed.
