摘 要:针对目前人工菇娘脱皮劳动强度大、效率较低,不能满足大规模生产需求的现状,进行了菇娘摩擦脱皮机的设计与试验。设备通过毛刷与凹凸杯体内壁相对运动产生摩擦力对菇娘进行脱皮。试验分析了设备摩擦脱皮的影响因素,得出菇娘皮含水率、电机功率等因素影响最大。并通过样机试验,得出在菇娘皮含水率1.80%、电机功率95W条件下脱皮率可达85%,脱皮损伤率11%。The design and test of friction peeling machine for Mushroom niang was carried out, in order to improve the current status oflabor-intensive, low efficiency, and unsatisfying the need of large-scale production,. The machine peels Mushroom niang through the frictiongenerated by relative movement between the brush and uneven cup body wall. The factors of influencing friction peeling process wereanalyzed in this study. Conclusions can be drawn that the peel moisture content of Mushroom niang and the motor power had the significantinfluence on the peeling effect. Through the prototype test, the peeling rate is 85% and the peeling damage rate is 11% when the moisturecontent is 1.80% and the motor power is 95 W.
