摘 要:目的探讨标准化病人(SP)结合客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)应用于《健康评估》教学中对护生评判性思维能力的影响。方法护理学本科护生173名分为实验组(n=86)和对照组(n=87)。对照组采用传统教学方法,实验组在对照组基础上采用SP与OSCE相结合的教学方法。记录2组理论考试成绩、实践技能成绩及护理病历成绩,比较2组教学前后评判性思维能力。结果实验组理论考试成绩、实践技能成绩、护理病历成绩得分均高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。开展教学后2组评判性思维能力量表(CTDI-CV)各维度评分及总分均升高,除评判自信心和求知欲维度外,实验组其它各维度评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在《健康评估》课程教学中应用SP结合OSCE的教学方法,有助于提高学生的评判性思维能力。Objective To explore the effect of standardized patients(SP)combined with objectivestructured clinical examination(OSCE)teaching method on the critical thinking ability ofnursing students in the course of Health Assessment.Methods A total of173undergraduatenursing students of were divided into the experimental group("=86)and the control group("=87).For the experimental group,SP teaching was used in interrogation and examination curricula,and OSCE was used for practical skills assessment.For the control group,traditional and examination methods was used.Then the theory and practice assessment scores from the twogroups were compared.The critical thinking of nursing students was evaluated by critical thinkingdisposition inventory(CTDI-CV)scale.Results The theory and practice assessment scores andmedical record writing scores of the students in the experimental group were beter than those ofstudents in the control group(P<0.05or!<0.01).The score of CTDI-CV was increased inboth two groups after receiving the course of Health Assessment.Except for self-confidence andinquisitiveness,the score of other dimensions in CTDI-CV was better improved in the experimentalgroup than that of controls(!<0.01).Conclusion In the teaching of Health Assessmentcourse,the teaching method of SP combined with OSCEis helpful to improve students'ability ofcritical thinking.
