摘　　要：按照国家标准GB 5009.225-2016《食品安全国家标准酒中乙醇浓度的测定》第二法酒精计法测量白酒中酒精度含量,分析影响酒精度测量结果的各个因素,对白酒中酒精度检测的不确定度进行评定。According to the national standard GB5009.225-2016《National standards for food safety Determination of ethanol concentration in liquor》the second method to measure the alcohol content of liquor.Analyze the factors that affect the measurement results and evaluated the uncertainty of alcohol detection in liquor.
