摘 要:教师是学院发展第一资源,高质量的教育取决于高素质的教师队伍。本文针对学院师资结构和需求特征,提出加强中青年骨干教师的培养,作为教师队伍整体发展的突破口,并制定切实可行培养措施和激励机制,激发骨干教师潜力和创造力。通过教师发展中心,运用骨干教师的优质资源,充分发挥骨干教师在教育、教学等方面的示范引领作用,激励其他教师爱岗敬业锐志进取。科学高效的措施和激励机制能更好地发挥人才作用,为民办高校教师队伍整体发展提供参考价值。Teachers are the first resource of the development of a college,so high-quality education depends on the quality teachers'team.In view of the structure and demand characteristics of the college faculty,it is proposed to strengthen the training of young and middle-aged core teachers as a breakthrough for the overall development of teachers,and develop feasible training measures and incentive mechanisms to stimulate the potential and creativities of core teachers.By utilizing quality resources of core teachers through teacher development centers,we can give full play to the guiding and exemplary role of core teachers in education and teaching,thus encouraging other teachers to love their jobs and forge ahead.Scientific and effective measures and motivational mechanisms give full play to the role of talents,which can provide reference for the development of private colleges and universities as a whole.
