摘 要:师范生教学技能竞赛是一项提高师范类毕业生教学技能水平和就业竞争力的重要赛事,是参赛选手展示师范生综合素质和教学技能的舞台,也是对高师院校师范生教学技能训练和人才培养质量的全面检测。通过教学技能竞赛开展师范生教学技能培养的促进作用研究,使高师院校在师范生培养上找出差距,得到启示,达到以赛促改、以赛促学、以赛促教的目的。The students'teaching skills competition is a major event,which can improve pedagogical students teaching skills and employability and competitiveness.It is a stage for contestants to show the comprehensive quality and teaching skills of pedagogical students,it is also a platform to test comprehensively the teaching skills training and the quality of talent training for pedagogical students in normal universities.Through the teaching skills competition to promote the training of pedagogical students'teaching skills,we can find the gaps in normal universities students'training and get some inspiration,thus achieve the goal of promoting education reform through competition,promoting learning through competition and promoting teaching through competition.
