新时期高职院校成人高等学历教育问题与对策研究

摘　　要：通过调研,总结新时期高职院校成人高等学历教育发展过程中存在的诸如招生人数少、部分专业课程设置脱离实际、存在工学矛盾、社会认知度低等问题,并深入分析了问题背后的原因,最后从加强合作、提升教学管理水平、利用网络等信息化手段、突出高职院校成人教育特色等方面提出了对策与建议。Through the investigation,this paper summarizes the problems that exist in the development process of adult higher education in higher vocational colleges in the new era,such as the small number of students enrollment,some professional courses are devoiced from reality,the contradictions of work and study,and the low social awareness,etc.The reasons behind the problems are deeply analyzed.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from strengthening the cooperation,improving the teaching management level,using the network and other information means,and highlight the characteristics of adult higher education in higher vocational colleges,etc.
