摘 要:远程教育学习者学习力是终身教育的题中应有之义。以学习者学习力的特征分析为基础,将学习力分成学习动力、学习能力、学习实践力和学习创新力四要素,采用定性、定量方法研究远程教育学习者学习力状况。研究表明,四要素之间的关系、结构直接影响学习者学习力的强弱。远程教育院校在教育教学中应强化指导,完善服务,帮助学习者更好实现终身学习,提升远程教育的教学成效。Learners'learning ability in distance education is the proper meaning in the topic of lifelong education.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of learners'learning ability,the learning ability is divided into four elements:learning motivation,learning ability,learning practice ability and learning innovation ability.Qualitative and quantitative methods are used to study the learning ability of distance education learners.The research shows that the relationship and structure between the four factors directly affect the learners'learning ability.Distance education colleges and universities should enrich the experience and perfect the service in education and teaching,help learners better achieve lifelong learning,and improve the teaching effect of distance education.
