摘  要:玉米浆是生产玉米淀粉时产生的副产物,是最廉价的有机氮源。玉米浆含有大量的氨基酸、维生素和生长因子,能促进细胞生长,提高发酵产酸和糖酸转化率,在生物工程、发酵工程、制药和饲料添加剂等领域发挥了重要作用。为了有效地利用玉米浆,利用绿色环保的生产工艺,发挥其最大经济效益,分析了玉米浆中所含营养物质的主要成分、含量和特点,探讨了玉米浆的制备流程、在氨基酸代谢、微生物发酵饲料以及青霉素制备的最新应用和研究进展。As a by-product of the production of corn starch,corn steep liquer was the cheapest source of organic nitrogen.Corn steep liquer contained a large number of amino acids,vitamins and growth factors,which could promote the growth of cell and improve the production of acid by fermentation and the conversion rate from glucose to amino.It played an important role in the fields of biological engineering,fermentation engineering,pharmacy and feed additives.In order to use corn steep liquer effectively and bring its maximum economic efficiency into play by the green environmental production process,the main components,contents and characteristics of nutrients of corn steep liquer were analyzed,and the recent application and research progress of the production process of corn steep liquer,amino acid metabolism,microbial fermentation feed and penicillin were also discussed.
