摘　　要：立足于对高职院校实验课程教学团队建设的分析和探讨,研究高职院校实验课程教学团队建设存在的现实困难,进一步明晰高职院校高绩效实验课程教学团队的发展方向。Based on the analysis and discussion of the teaching team construction of experimental courses in higher vocational colleges,this paper studied the practical diffi culties of teaching team construction in higher vocational colleges,and further clarifi ed the development direction of teaching team in high performance experimental courses.
