摘　　要：文章界定了高职院校全人教育理念、专业导师制、生活导师制、学长导师制的内涵,提出基于全人教育理念的"分阶、分类、协同"式三导师制育人模式;包括"兼顾整体、突出重点、分阶、分类"培养的专业导师制育人模式、"6模块系列活动"为载体的生活导师制班级管理模式、新生学长导师制和创业学长导师制两种朋辈示范影响模式。This topic defines the connotation of the whole-person education concept, professional tutorial system, life tutorial system and student tutorial system in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward a three-tutorial education model based on the concept of whole-person education. The model includes "giving consideration to the whole, highlighting the key points, grading and classification" professional tutorial education model, and class management mode of life tutorial system based on "6-module series activities", and peer demonstration influence mode of freshmen tutorial system and entrepreneurship tutorial system.
