摘 要:影子培训能使培训目标从分散走向聚焦,培训内容从空泛走向充实,培训指导从粗放走向精细,通过对影子培训的课程设置、实施方式、组织流程和评价体系进行探索和实践,努力探索出中小学校长培训中行之有效的培训模式,形成一套可操作、具有推广价值的校长自我发展的培训和评价机制。Shadow training can make the training goals from being scattered to focused, from empty to full training content, training guidance from rough to fine, through the exploration and practice of shadow training curriculum, implementation methods, organization, process and evaluation system, the paper tries to explore an effective training mode in middle and primary school headmaster training, forming a set of operational, promotion-worth training and assessment mechanism of headmaster personal development.
