摘 要:目的分析仿真模拟教学管理模式在妇产科临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法选择2018年6—10月我院妇产科接收的参加临床实习的医学毕业生60名作为研究对象。按照参加实习顺序分组,对照组、观察组各入组30名毕业生。对照组按照常规见习教学方法,即常规的PBL+案例教学法进行教学;观察组增加高仿真模拟教学案例教学。对比两组实习生对教学的满意度、测试成绩。结果观察组实习医生对教学方法、教学效果的满意度评价高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组评估、诊断、计划、医嘱评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在妇产科临床见习教学中应用仿真模拟教学管理模式,可以提升教学质量,获得实习医生的广泛好评。在进行高仿真模拟教学案例教学时,需要重视教学前的准备,提高案例的代表性。Objective To analyze application effect of simulation teaching management model in clinical probation teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 60 medical graduates from gynecology and obstetrics department of our hospital from June to October 2018 who participated in clinical practice were selected as the research objects.According to the order of participating in practice,30 graduates were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was taught according to the conventional probation teaching method,namely PBL + case teaching method.In the observation group,case teaching of high simulation teaching was added.The two groups of interns' satisfaction with teaching and test results were compared.Results The satisfaction of interns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The scores of evaluation,diagnosis,plan and doctor's advice in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of simulation teaching management mode in clinical probation teaching of obstetrics and gynecology can improve the quality of teaching and obtain wide acclaim from interns.In the case teaching of high simulation,we should pay attention to the preparation before teaching and improve the representativeness of the cases.
