摘 要:党的十九大报告明确提出"完善职业教育和培训体系,深化产教融合、校企合作",这是首次将职业教育和培训并列,并将二者紧密结合起来作为一个体系提出,指明了我国职业教育改革发展的方向和关键点。职业教育与企业培训的融合,应以职业教育与企业培训融合的条件和途径为研究的逻辑起点,通过设置模块化课程体系,对接职业教育课程模块与企业培训模块,搭建统一管理和课程等值认证平台、对接校企学分互认与转换,对接职业院校与合作企业"双导师"队伍等方面进行实践。The report of the 19th CPC National Congress clearly put forward"perfecting the vocational education and training system,deepening the integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation".This is the first time that vocational education and training are juxtaposed,and put both of them integrate as a system closely.It points out the direction and key points of the reform and development of vocational education in China.The integration of vocational education and enterprise training should take the conditions and ways of integration as the logical starting point,and by setting up modular curriculum system,docking vocational education curriculum module and enterprise training module,building a unified management and curriculum equivalent certification platform,realizing the recognition and conversion of school and enterprise credit,establishing vocational colleges and enterprises"double tutors"team to carry out practical operation.
