摘  要:目的探讨以问题为导向(problem based learning,PBL)的教学模式在重症医学科临床教学中的实施方案和应用效果。方法选取在我院重症医学科轮转实习的60名学生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=30,采用传统教学)及观察组(n=30,采用PBL教学+传统教学)。在轮转实习结束后,对两组实习生的教学效果和教学的评价进行对比分析。结果观察组实习生理论考核成绩、临床技能评分及临床思维能力评分均高于对照组,观察组实习生对教学的评价优于对照组,组间以上各数据比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 PBL教学模式能够更有效地提高重症医学科实习生的理论水平和临床技能水平,锻炼其临床思维能力,并且更能被学生接受。Objective To explore the implementation and application effects of problem-based learning(PBL) teaching mode in clinical teaching of critical medicine. Methods 60 rotating interns in the Department of critical medicine in our hospital were selected as the subjects of study. They were divided into control group(n=30, using traditional teaching) and observation group(n=30, using PBL teaching+traditional teaching). After the rotation practice, the teaching effect and evaluation of the two groups of interns were compared and analyzed. Results The scores of internship theory, clinical skills and clinical thinking ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The evaluation of teaching by the interns in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and there were significant differences in the above data between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The PBL teaching mode can more effectively improve the theoretical level and clinical skill level of intensive medical interns, exercise their clinical thinking ability, and be more acceptable to students.
