摘 要:目的:探讨以问题为基础的学习(problem-based Learning PBL)教学法在西北民族大学临床医学教学中的应用及效果评价.方法:选取西北民族大学医学院五年制临床医学专业自愿报名参加PBL课程的2015级、2016级学生101名作为研究对象,分别对PBL课程前后的教学效果与教学满意程度进行问卷调查.采用SPSS19.0进行统计分析.结果:研究结果显示参加PBL课程后,学生在案例分析能力、文献检索能力、团队合作能力、语言表达能力及临床思维能力方面提高程度均好于参加PBL课程前,且学生对PBL教学的满意程度均好于传统教学,差异有统计学意义.结论:PBL教学方法较传统教学方法可以更好地培养学生综合能力,值得在教学过程中进一步推广.Objective To explore the application and effect evaluation of problem-based Learning (PBL) in clinical medicine teaching of Northwest Minzu University. Methods 101 students were selected from grades 2015 and 2016 who volunteered to participate in the PBL course. Teaching effect and satisfaction degree were investigated by questionnaires before and after the PBL course Results The improvement in case analysis ability, literature retrieval ability, teamwork ability, language expression ability and clinical thinking ability were better than before taking the PBL course, and the satisfaction degree of PBL teaching was better than traditional teaching, there was statistically difference. Conclusion PBL teaching method is worthy of further promotion in the teaching process.
