摘  要:在国家越来越重视师范生培养的背景下,应用型本科院校在人才培养定位上逐渐向"卓越教师"培养计划推进。作为基础教育起步阶段的学前教育,其师资培养更需要改革和创新,需要不断提升学前教育师资培养水平。幼儿英语教学也是启蒙教育中的重要内容,需要探索独具特色的卓越教师培养模式,幼儿英语教师的培养需要向专业化、技能化、实践化方向发展,需要不断地向"卓越"努力,基于此,将从幼儿英语师资的现状、人才培养的方式、教学课程设置、师资培养的方式等方面探索幼儿英语师资培养。With more attention attached to the training of teachers, the application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities gradually promote the training plan for "excellent teachers". Pre-school education is the starting stage of the basic education stage, and its teacher training needs reform and innovation. It requires to improve the level of pre-school education teacher training. Children English teaching is also an important part of enlightenment education. It is necessary to explore an excellent teacher training mode with unique application characteristics. The training of children English teachers needs to develop in the direction of specialization, skill and practice. It needs to continuously strive for "excellence", and the level of teacher training will gradually develop to the level of professional teachers. This paper explores the training of children English teachers from the status quo of children English teacher training,the way of talent cultivation, the curriculum setting, and the way of teacher training, etc.
