摘　　要：幼儿园教师教育观念是幼儿园教师持有的一种主观性认识,具有丰富的内涵,其形成经历动态的建构过程,是经过了理论化的观念系统。幼儿园教师教育观念由儿童观、课程观和教师观三个部分构成,每个观念又包含不同的具体成分。The educational concept of kindergarten teachers is a subjective understanding held by kindergarten teachers, which has rich connotations. Its formation undergoes a dynamic process of construction and it is a theoretical concept system. The educational concept of kindergarten teachers consists of three parts: views of children, views on curriculum and views of teachers, each of which contains different concrete elements.
