摘　　要：为了响应习近平总书记把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程的号召,本教学团队进行了“教育—科研—育人”一体化教学模式在食品类学科中的尝试,教育—科研的有机统一使得课程内容可以为科研训练提供理论指导,科研训练中对课程内容理解加深,两者相互促进取得了更好的教学效果。在科研训练的同时以鄂西北传统发酵食品研究所为依托成立政治理论学习班,在育人方面也颇有成效。Responding to general secretary Xi jinping's call that ideological and political work runs through the whole progress of education and teaching,our teaching team give it a try to applicate – "teaching-research- education"-the integrated teaching model in the food science.The unity of education and scientific research makes students' curriculum content provide theoretical guidance for scientific research training,students' understanding of course contents in deepened in scientific research training.Teaching and research promoted each other and achieved better teaching results.At the same time of scientific research training,our team set up a political theory class based on the northwest hubei reaearch institute of traditional fermented food,it is also effective in educating student.
