摘  要:基因工程技术的诞生使得生命科学发生了革命性的变化,并逐渐成为现代生物技术的核心,广泛应用于工农业、医药健康及环境等领域。基因工程作为生命科学相关专业的一门重要专业基础课程,具有专业性强、教学内容抽象、技术发展更新迅速等特点。课程组针对基因工程多元化的授课内容,通过精选并合理安排教学内容;充分发挥多媒体功能,辅助“线上”素材,深化原理与技术衔接;基于“生物技术科学史”,增强学生学习兴趣;拓展前沿知识,增强学生互动性和主动性等策略,探索多元化教学模式在基因工程教学中的应用,并进行了实践和总结。结果显示,这种多元化教学模式可以有效激发学生对基因工程原理及其应用方面知识的学习兴趣,教学效果良好。The gene engineering has revolutionized the life sciences. It gradually becomes the core technology of modern bio-industries and is widely used in industrial, agricultural, and medical areas. As an important basic course of students studying life science,“Gene Engineering” possesses the characteristics of strong specialty, abstract content, and rapid technological development, and so on. By employing several strategies, including selecting and arranging teaching contents reasonably, deepening the connection between theory and application by combining the multimedia with “online” materials, enhancing students′ interest in learning based on “the history of gene engineering”, expanding frontier knowledge to enhancing students′ interaction and initiative, the application of diversified teaching mode in genetic engineering teaching was explored, practiced, and summarized. Results showed that the diversified teaching mode can effectively stimulate students′ interest in studying the principles and applications of genetic engineering.
