摘 要:订单式培养能突破现阶段职业教育的发展瓶颈,使高职教育与技术、经济发展相适应,是推动校企深度融合的新举措。订单培养开展的基础是深层次的校企合作。通过陕西国防工业职业技术学院海尔订单班的实践,提出了基于校企协同创新的"五联动、四协同、三递进"的高职机电一体化专业订单班人才培养模式,完善了订单班运行过程中教学质量的监控与考核,创新了校企合作的长效机制,有效提升了技术技能人才的培养质量。The "order-style" cultivation can break through the bottleneck of the development of vocational education at present, and adapt the higher vocational education to the development of technology and economy, which is a new measure to promote the deep integration of school and enterprise. The foundation of the order cultivation is the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises. Through the practice of "Haier Oder Class" of Shannxi Institute of Technology, the paper puts forward the mechatronics specialty talents cultivation model of higher vocational education based on collaborative innovation between school and enterprise, which contains "five linkages, four synergies, three step-forwards". The research aims to improve the monitoring and assessment of teaching quality in order class operation, innovate the long term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation, and effectively improve the quality of technical talented people training.
