摘　　要：随着教育事业的加快发展,教师的心理学素养正面临着巨大的挑战。本文分析了医学教师学习心理学知识的必要性及心理学知识在教师教育教学中的几点应用,阐释了医学教师加强心理学知识修养的重要意义。With the accelerated development of education, the psychological quality of teachers is facing enormous challenges. This paper, which explains the importance of medical teachers in strengthening psychological knowledge cultivation, analyzes the necessity of medical teachers' learning psychological knowledge and some applications of psychological knowledge in education and teaching.
