摘  要:针对高职院校已成为社会培养高素质技术技能型人才的第一主力军,但是学生生源素质参差不齐、学习目标不明晰、学习动力不强烈、自主学习能力较弱等现象普遍存在。在“高职扩招一百万”“1+X”证书制度推行等新政策环境下,应从“六学”入手,采取有效方法多途径激发高职院校学生的学习动力与潜能,帮助他们适应新时代对技术技能人才的新要求、树立更加可行又具体的学习目标,充分调动他们自主学习的热情与积极性,最终使他们走出校园后能够成长为合格优秀的复合型技术技能人才。Higher vocational colleges have become the first main force to train high-quality technical and skilled talents for the society.New enrolled students with different qualities may have unclear objectives,weak learning abilities and no strong confidence on study.In the environment of "million higher vocational enrollment expansion" and "1+X" certificate system,these problems should be resolved through many ways to arouse students learning;motivation and potential.Beginning with "Six Learning" to help them to fit the requirements in new era,thus they will be trained to excellent technical and skilled talents eventually.
