摘  要:高等职业教育如何结合企业特征创新技术技能型现代学徒培养途径,如何提高学校和企业间深化产教融合工作的积极性和主动性,促进教育链、人才链与产业链的有机衔接,是当前人力资源供给侧结构性改革的迫切要求,值得相关各方深入探讨。本文结合湖北轻工职业技术学院与“农夫山泉”公司的校企合作、产教融合现代学徒制培养的典型案例,研究在基于企业岗位需求、职业院校办学及学生就业等三方共赢的前提下,对深入探索高素质职业技术技能人才培养的有效途径,提出可行性解决方案。At present, the structural reform of the supply side of human resources puts forward urgent requirements for solving several problems: firstly, how to combine higher vocational education with the way of training modern apprenticeship with enterprises characteristics;secondly, how to enhance the enthusiasm and initiative of deepening the integration of industry and education among schools and enterprises, and promote the organic connection of education chain, talent chain and industry chain. Based on the typical cases of school-enterprise cooperation and modern apprenticeship training between Hubei Light Industry Vocational and Technical College and Nongfu Spring Company, this paper studies the effective ways of cultivating high-quality vocational and technical talents and puts forward feasible solutions on the premise of win-win situation among enterprises, vocational colleges and students’ employment.
