摘　　要：对上海市 18个单位 (三级医院 12所、二级医院 6所 )的继续医学教育工作进行了抽查、评估。评估方式为医院专题汇报、资料检查和部分继续医学教育对象座谈会。评估结果 :各单位领导重视继续医学教育工作 ,机构健全、制度规范、成效显著 ;能根据本单位实际 ,开展多种形式的院内继续医学教育工作 ;院内学分管理比较严格 ,逐步趋向计算机化 ;继续医学教育项目申报与执行对医院医疗和人才梯队建设有很大促进作用 ;各单位对科室个人继续医学教育工作均有考核和评估 ,不同程度与晋升、聘任及年度考核挂钩 ,使继续医学教育规定、制度得到很好的贯彻。检查组针对评估中发现的若干问题 。The work on CME in eighteen institutions, comprising of twelve third class hospitals and six second class hospitals, has been spot-checked and evaluated. The way of evaluation contains the hospital subjects reporting, data checking and some colloquia with the objects on CME. And here is the result: leaders in every institution attach importance to the work of CME; the frameworks of institution are wholesome; the systems are normative; the results are marked; they can develop various kinds of work on CME inside their institutions based on their own actual situation; the management of the credit is quite strict, which has being computerized step-by-step; the declaration and execution of CME project can promote the medical treatment in hospital and accelerate the construction of ladder-like persons in ability; each institution do the check and evaluation on both its every department and every person on work of CME, and, to some degree, it has been connected with promoting, engaging and annual check, all of which makes the regulation and system of CME to be carried out quit well. According to what they have found during the process of the evaluation, the censor group provided some suggestion to solve the problems.
