摘　　要：在我国高等教育进入新时代的大背景下,如何进一步提升人才培养能力成为高等教育所面临的重要问题。课程教学团队建设是提升人才培养能力的保障,结合徐州工程学院食品专业教学团队建设的实践,围绕教学团队建设展开探讨,希望能促进应用型高校教学团队建设的思考。Under the background of China's higher education entering new era,how to further enhance the ability of talent education has become an important issue facing higher education.The construction of the course teaching team is the guarantee to enhance the talent education ability.This article combined the practice of the construction of the food professional teaching team in our university,and discussed the construction of the teaching team,hoping to promote the thinking of the construction of teaching team in campus.
