摘  要:目的 探讨课程整合结合PBL教学方法在消化系统模块中的教学效果.方法 选取辽宁何氏医学临床医学专业2015级的某一班级学生32名作为研究对象,采取临床课程及基础课程整合,同时开展PBL教学,采用问卷调查总结、分析师生的反馈信息进行教学效果评价.结果 理论课程有80% 的同学很好地掌握了教学要求.93.8%(30/32)学生对这种教学方法表示支持,87.5%(28/32)学生认为这种教学形式能使其对临床疾病具有很深刻的认识,能够实现知识从基础到临床的联系贯通.结论 与传统教学方法相比,课程整合结合PBL教学方法能够更好的提高学生的自主学习能力及临床思维;同时也提高了教师的教学能力和教学积极性,加强了基础医学与临床医学的融合和渗透,取得了较好的教学效果,但仍需进一步实践并完善.Objective To explore the teaching effect of course integration combined with PBL teaching method in digestive system module.Methods Thirty-two students from a class of 2015 He University in Liaoning Medicine Major were selected as the research objects.The integration of clinical courses and basic courses was adopted.PBL teaching was also carried out.The teaching effect was evaluated by questionnaire survey and analysis of students'feedback information.Results 80%of the students in the theory course have mastered the teaching requirements well.93.8%(30/32)of the students supported this teaching method,87.5%(28/32)of the students thought that this teaching method could make them have a profound understanding of clinical diseases,and realize the connection of knowledge from basic to clinical.Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching methods,curriculum integration combined with PBL teaching method can better improve students'autonomous learning ability and clinical thinking;At the same time,it also improves teachers'teaching ability and enthusiasm,strengthens the integration and infiltration of basic medicine and clinical medicine,and achieves better teaching effect,but it still needs further practice and improvement.
