摘　　要：高质量的课程资源是课程标准顺利实施的必要条件。为了评估和改善科学课程资源的质量,达成公司组建了科学同行评审小组,构建了基于课程标准的课程资源质量评估标准。美国科学课程资源质量评估采用个人评估与小组评估相结合的评估方式,在评估过程中重视课程资源开发者的回应,这有利于促进课程资源评估者和开发者对《新一代科学教育标准》(NGSS)的深入理解。获得最高等级的课程资源会免费供教育工作者使用,并被授予"高质量NGSS设计"徽章,从而激励教育工作者广泛参与课程资源的开发。High-quality curriculum resources are necessary for the smooth implementation of curriculum standards. In order to evaluate and improve the quality of science curriculum resources,the Achieve Inc has set up Science Peer Review Panel,and built the criteria for evaluating the quality of curriculum resources based on standards. The evaluating of the quality of science curriculum resources in America adopts a combination of individual assessment and group assessment,and focuses on the response of curriculum resource developers in the evaluation process,which is conducive to promoting the indepth understanding of NGSS by evaluators and developers. The highly rated curriculum resources will be freely used and awarded the NGSS Design Badge,thus encouraging educators to participate extensively in the development of curriculum resources.
