摘 要:以江苏理工学院培养中职学校信息技术类专业教师为主要任务的技术师范本科电子信息工程专业人才培养方案为例,对中职教师“三三三”培养模式进行了长期的探索与实践,形成了目标定位明确、课程架构科学、实践体系合理和有效的考核评价方案。在长期的探索实践中,本专业逐步形成了集基本理论、基础知识和创新意识教育融入师范生培养过程所特有的职业性,现代产业技术及其实践技能训练的技术性,师德养成、教师职业技能培养的师范性于一体的三性和谐统一的中职校信息技术类专业教师培养特色。Taking the undergraduate training program of electronic information engineering specialty in technical normal school by Jiangsu Institute of Technology as an example,whose main task is to train IT teachers in secondary vocational schools,we have made a long-term exploration and practice on the“3-3-3”training model for secondary vocational teachers and have developed an assessment program with clear goal orientation,scientific curriculum structure and reasonably effective practice system.In the long-term exploration and practice,the specialty has gradually formed a special professionalism with basic theory,basic knowledge and innovative consciousness education into the training of normal students,a technology with modern industry and the practical skills training,and the characteristics of three-dimensional harmony and unity of the cultivation of teachers’ethics and their vocational skills for IT teachers in secondary vocational schools.
