摘　　要：高校青年教师教学科研能力的提升关乎高校的前途和发展,教师的教学能力和科研能力是衡量教师队伍质量的关键因素。青年教师的教学科研能力的提升是一个系统工程,涉及主客观各个方面,而最为核心的是青年教师的自我培养。树立终身学习理念,整合各类资源,将个人职业发展与自我价值追求相融合,是实现青年教师教学科研能力自我培养的基本途径。The promotion of teaching and scientific research ability of younger teachers in colleges and universities is related to the future and development of colleges and universities.The promotion of younger teachers'teaching and scientific research ability is a systematic project,involving subjective and objective aspects,and the most core is the self-cultivation of younger teachers.Establishing the concept of lifelong learning,integrating all kinds of resources,and integrating personal career development with self-value pursuit are the basic ways to realize the self-cultivation of teaching and scientific research ability of young teachers.
