摘  要:随着高校教学改革的深入,翻转课堂作为一种新型的教学模式被逐渐运用到教学实践,这为高校心理健康课程提供了新的教学思路与发展契机。文章介绍了翻转课堂的概念以及应用研究,分析了国内外心理健康课教学中采用翻转课堂的可行性,并在此基础上对高校心理健康课进行了翻转课堂的教学设计与应用。研究发现翻转课堂教学模式能够适用于高校心理健康课程,既顺应了当代知识经济社会的发展,也为高校心理健康开展具体有效的教学模式提供了理论基础。With the deepening of college teaching reform,flipped classroom,as a new teaching mode,is gradually applied to teaching practice,which provides a new teaching idea and development opportunity for college mental health curriculum.This paper introduces the concept of flipped classroom and applied researches,it analyzes the feasibility of using flip classroom in the teaching of mental health class at home and abroad,and conducts teaching design and application of flipped classroom in college mental health class on its basis.The research finds that the flipped classroom teaching mode can be applied to college mental health curriculum,which not only conforms to the development of contemporary knowledge-based economy society,but also provides a theoretical basis for the development of specific effective teaching mode for college mental health.
