摘 要:1949—2019年,中国葡萄酒产业发生了翻天覆地的变化,取得举世瞩目的成就。文章回顾和总结了过去的70年中,中国葡萄酒产业在生产经营、许可证管理、酿酒葡萄产区建设、消费特征、市场对外开放等五方面的总体发展情况。从弱小到强壮,从封闭到开放,从国内到国外,中国葡萄酒产业的发展路径日趋明朗。现今,中国葡萄酒行业经过长时间的发展,已经成为一个集国内优秀品牌群体、国际品牌汇聚、产量稳步增长和利润稳步提高等为一体的渐趋成熟行业。From 1949 to 2019,great changes have taken place in Chinese wine industry and remarkable achievements have been made.The overall development of Chinese wine industry in the past 70 years,the five aspects were reviewed and summarized,production and management,license management,construction of wine grape producing region,consumption characteristics,and market opening to the outside.From weak to strong,from closed to open,from home to abroad,the development path of Chinese wine industry is becoming more and more clear.Today,after a long period of development,Chinese wine industry has become a domestic excellent brand group,international brand convergence,steady growth in production and profits as one of the gradually mature industry.
