摘　　要：随着社会经济以及科学技术的高速发展,创新精神逐渐被人们所重视。创新能力是一个国家经济发展的动力,需要更多的创新人才共同打造。作为培育技术技能型人才的摇篮,高职院校必须紧跟时代的步伐,培育出更多满足时代需求的创新人才,需要不断探索创新性人才培养模式并不断完善。科教融合团队的建设与管理能够将科研创新与教学工作进行有机的结合,这对于高职学生的基本素质以及创新能力的培养,无疑是十分重要的。With the rapid development of social economy and science and technology,the spirit of innovation has been paid more and more attention.Innovation ability is a driving force of a country’s economic development,and more innovative talents are needed to build together.As the cradle of cultivating technical and technical talents,higher vocational colleges must keep up with the pace of the times and cultivate more innovative talents that meet the needs of the times.It is necessary to constantly explore innovative talents training models and improve them.The construction and management of science and education integration team can combine scientific research and innovation with teaching work.This is undoubtedly very important for the basic quality of higher vocational students and the cultivation of innovation ability.
