摘　　要：高职教育中“扬长”比“补短”更有助于提高人才培养质量。本文论证了基于“人人是胜者”育人理念的扬长教育模式来源于多元智力理论、罗森塔尔效应、因材施教等心理学和教育学理论,分析了扬长教育是高职教育的本质需求和社会发展的必然选择,并列举了扬长教育在高职教学和管理方面的应用策略。In higher vocational education,“advocating education”is more helpful than“complementary education”to improve the quality of personnel training.The concept of“everyone is a winner”comes from the theory of multiple intelligences,the Rosenthal effect and the theory of individualized quality education.This paper proposes“advocating education”is the essential demand of higher vocational education and the inevitable choice of social development.The author makes some specific recommendations about the application of positive education in teaching and management of higher vocational colleges.
