摘  要:目的:探讨TBL+CBL联合多媒体教学在耳鼻咽喉科临床见习的效果。方法:将2014级及2015级两届临床医学专业的学生分为两组。试验组采用TBL+CBL联合多媒体教学方法;对照组采用传统教学法。比较两组教学效果。结果:试验组学生客观题成绩、主观题成绩及总分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组学生对教学形式非常满意。结论:TBL+CBL联合多媒体教学可在临床见习教学中推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of TBL+CBL combined with multimedia teaching on clinical probation in otorhinolaryngology.Methods:The students of clinical medicine in 2014 and 2015 were divided into the two groups.TBL+CBL combined multimedia teaching method was used in the experimental group and traditional teaching method was used in the control group.We compared the teaching effect of the two groups.Results:The results of objective questions,subjective questions and total scores of students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the satisfaction of students in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TBL+CBL combined with multimedia teaching can be widely used in clinical probation teaching.
