摘　　要：本文阐述著名语言学家伍铁平多方面(尤其是理论语言学方面)的学术思想、自觉意识和创新成就,着重彰显其实事求是严肃认真的治学态度以及维护学术规范和学者尊严的顽强斗争精神;他揭批那些偷换概念歪曲事实来反对文字现代化的不良行为,保卫了国家的语言文字政策。文中也记叙作者与他交往和向他学习的一些个人体会,以旌扬学者须有良知和真知的道理。This article explicates the academic thinking,conscious awareness and creative achievements of the famous linguist Wu Tieping in various fields(especially in theoretical linguistics),highlights his practical and realistic approach with a serious and careful style for academic studies,and praises his fighting spirit in keeping academic standards and scholar dignity.He disclosed and criticized the bad conducts of distorting facts by playing tricks with concepts for opposing the modernization of sinograph,and thus defended the state’s policies of language and writing system.The article also recollects some facts and gains from the personal experience of the author in his communication with Wu Tieping,and advocates the idea that scholars should have conscience and insight.
