现代学徒制在高职室内设计专业中的实践探索

摘　　要：近年来,随着我国建筑行业的稳定发展,需要引入大批量的优秀设计人才,室内设计长时间以来都是比较热门的专业。本篇文章对高职室内设计专业实施现代学徒制的必要性进行阐述,从教学方式单一、模式转变不深入、缺少考核评价体系三个方面,对高职室内设计专业教学现状进行分析,并以此为依据,提出现代学徒制在高职室内设计专业中的实践建议。In recent years,with the steady development of China’s construction industry,a large number of excellent design talents are needed.Interior design has been a hot specialty for a long time.This paper first explains the necessity of implementing a modern apprenticeship system for interior design majors in higher vocational education,and analyzes the current teaching situation of interior design majors in higher vocational education from three aspects:single teaching methods,inadequate mode changes,and lack of assessment and evaluation systems.Based on this,it puts forward the practical suggestions of modern apprenticeship in interior design major of higher vocational education.
