摘  要:进入新时代,高职教育迅猛发展,但相应的思政教育并不相匹配,甚至出现滞后状况。高职院校思政教育主体务必"围绕学生关注学生服务学生",在充分考虑高职生源特点、个性特征及心理状况的基础上,从合力教育、衔接教育、阵地建设等路径探索高职生思政教育的新方法。While higher vocational education develops rapidly in the new era, ideological and political education in the higher vocational colleges somewhat lags behind. The author thinks that the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges must focus on students’ needs and interests and serve them as well, and by fully considering higher vocational college students’ characteristics, such as the places they come from, their personality and psychological state, the author explores some new methods for the ideological and political education on the students from aspects such as joint-effort education, link-up education and multi-channelspiritual cultivation.
